Les Others Volume 17: In Theory

In this 17th print volume, we wanted to talk about theory and rehabilitate the deep outdoor culture.

Why? Because over the years, we realized that theory was an aspect often neglected in our outdoor practices. The reason is simple: the word theory evokes safety rules to follow, constraints, and long training sessions.

However, reducing outdoor knowledge to its safety aspect would be uninspired. For nature has much more to offer to those who know how to decipher it. Knowing how to name the peaks that surround us, understanding the history that animates them, or explaining natural phenomena greatly broadens our field of vision. It is the soul of our adventures.
